Swell Cast was founded by Eric Wolinski in 1998. We have grown from a one-man operation to a small team of dedicated and professional craftsmen.

Eric learned the time honoured techniques of hand-crafted patterns and models as an apprentice, and now includes CNC technologies to produce a superior result.

Eric has worked for some of the leading patternmaking and modelmaking companies in Australia and has set up and run a workshop in the USA.

Dave began working at Swell Cast in 2001 and was trained in patternmaking and modelmaking. He went on to gain further skills in CAD modelling and CNC Machining.

He has experience in the boat building and thermoforming industries and is focused on using new technology to achieve the best in innovation, design and quality work.

Andrew began his apprenticeship as a patternmaker in 2004 and is now an accomplished Tradesman and a valued member or the Swell Cast Team.

He has a great eye for detail and a creative approach to his work.
